I have been a personal trainer since 2004 and hold two certifications: NASM and NHE Master Trainer, as well as a bachelors degree in Health and Wellness. I also hold a 2nd degree black belt and have been training since 1991. I have experienced obesity first hand, weighing 300 lbs at my heaviest.
