Rob Beattie has been a trainer for over 17 years. Many of Robs clientele have been with him for over 10 years. He constantly brings it day in and day out. He likes to do body weight and functional training, trying to stay away from the machines as much as possible. Rob holds a Masters Degree in Human Movement and is excited about where exercise and the new trends are gravitating. Rob has been training for over 16 years and hopes to remain a positive influence in his clients lives.
